Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Perform data entry, maintain databases, and update records - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Transcribe documents and maintain accurate filing systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
