What you'll achieveAs the Consultant, CSIRT Program Office, you will be a pivotal figure in streamlining our cybersecurity processes and improving communication channels.
Working alongside a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, you will enhance the CSIRT's capabilities by implementing best practices for effective program management.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of the Cyber Security Intelligence and Response Team (CSIRT), your role will ensure that all program aspects are coordinated efficiently, all task due-outs are tracked effectively, and all pertinent information is communicated in a timely and accurate manner to senior management.
This is a high-visibility role, and we're looking for a dedicated, proactive individual who is ready to take charge and drive our incident response program to new heights.
You will:
Facilitate the effective functioning of the CSIRT by coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring tasks are being completed in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare, review, and distribute reports on CSIRT activities, metrics, and incident responses to the Senior Director and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure transparency and consistency in all internal communications.
Monitor the progress of due outs and keep track of all ongoing CSIRT program office activities.
Work closely with senior managers and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to incident response and management.
Act as a central point of contact and resource for all CSIRT program related inquiries.
Evaluate current CSIRT processes, suggest improvements, and assist in implementing changes for the betterment of the program.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements5
years of Cybersecurity experience, with at least 2 years in cyber program management.
Demonstrated experience coordinating large, complex projects with many stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
