Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors, helping with their problems, questions or needs or referring them to a staff member better equipped to respond to the visitor Answer all incoming business hour calls and direct them to the appropriate party; return missed calls in a timely manner Open white house each business day including putting out the flags Open and distribute all incoming mail except those marked personal or confidential and date stamp accordingly Post all outgoing mail and assist with mass mail outs Order all office supplies Copy and maintain resident documents including rules and regulations and as required for residential sales Maintain RV storage records and space availability logs RV Storage area inspections and mail out notices to owners Maintain golf cart registration records Keep messages on electronic sign up to date Assign vehicle bar codes to residents Assist new residents with filling out paperwork and answering questions Put flags away at end of the day and lock doors KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of high school and/or trade school education and/or work experience Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Excellent customer service a must Willingness to work with others and show respect Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
